The history of Cső-Lavina Kft. began with the founder László Szórádi, who graduated in 1974 as a water, gas and appliance mechanic. After obtaining a master's degree, he started his own business in 1986, which grew rapidly. Within a year, he already had two employees, and the company later expanded to 18 employees. He has participated in many large investments, including civil engineering works for hotels, industrial halls, car showrooms, condominiums and family houses. The rapidly growing need for materials initially resulted in warehouses and later trade. This is how he and his wife founded Cső-Lavina Kft. in 1996, named after the family's two children, Anita and Lackó. The company has expanded dynamically, and now has an area of ​​7,000 square meters, with a 250 square meter store and a 2,500 square meter warehouse, where fast and large-scale service is provided to both entrepreneurs and residential customers.

In addition to water, gas and central heating systems, the main profile of the company is the extensive distribution of renewable energy sources, industrial fittings, air conditioning and ventilation systems, central vacuum cleaners and automatic irrigation systems. Customer focus is extremely important to the Szórádi family, which was rated with five stars by customers and the building engineering profession.

The family business has received numerous awards over the years, including the Contractor of the Year and Construction Service Provider of the Year awards, as well as a five-star rating from the Víz, Gáz, Fűtéstechnika trade magazine.
